This Return & Refund Policy explains how Lacerta Spa (“Lacerta Spa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for retail products and gift cards purchased in-store or online. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Retail Product Returns (In-Store Purchases)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a retail product purchased at Lacerta Spa, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
1.1 Return Window
● Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
● A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
1.2 Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be:
● Unopened,
● Unused,
● In their original packaging, and
● In resellable condition.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase unless the product is defective.
1.3 Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective when purchased, please contact us within 7 days so we may provide a replacement or credit after inspection.
2. Retail Product Refunds
If your return is approved:
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
● Cash refunds will not be issued for credit card purchases.
● For returns without proof of purchase, we may issue store credit at the current selling price.
Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Gift Card Policy (In-Store and Online Purchases)
3.1 Gift Cards Are Final Sale
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes both:
● Physical gift cards purchased in-store
● Digital gift cards purchased online
3.2 Non-Transferable
Gift cards may be used by anyone who presents them but cannot be converted to cash except where required by law.
3.3 No Expiration
Lacerta Spa gift cards do not expire, and no inactivity fees apply.
3.4 Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Treat gift cards like cash. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards unless:
● You provide the original proof of purchase, and
● The card is unused and valid in our system.
Replacement is not guaranteed.
4. Service Purchases (Non-Refundable)
Services, treatments, and classes purchased at Lacerta Spa—including those purchased with gift cards—are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, our cancellation policy applies (typically 24-hour notice). No-shows may incur fees.
5. Promotional Items & Bundles
5.1 Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
● Clearance or discounted items
● Promotional kits or bundles
● Seasonal or limited-edition products
5.2 Partial Returns for Bundles
If part of a bundled purchase is returned, the refund amount will reflect the discounted bundle pricing, not full retail price.
6. Online Purchases (Digital Gift Cards Only)
At this time, online purchases through lacertaspa.com are limited to gift cards.
All online gift card sales are:
● Final
● Non-refundable
● Delivered electronically via email
If you do not receive your digital gift card, contact us and we will resend it after verifying purchase.
7. Fraud Prevention
Lacerta Spa reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if:
● The product appears used or damaged;
● There is evidence of fraudulent activity;
● Multiple returns without receipts are attempted.
