Welcome to lacertaspa.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Lizard Holding Company on behalf of Lizard LLC d/b/a Lacerta Spa (“Lacerta Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, online booking, purchases, and all spa services.
By accessing the Site or receiving services from Lacerta Spa, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. Use of the Website
You may use the Site to:
● View information about our services
● Book appointments through Boulevard
● Purchase gift cards
● Complete intake and consent forms
● Contact Lacerta Spa
You agree not to:
● Use the Site for illegal purposes
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access
● Introduce viruses or harmful code
● Scrape, crawl, or automate access
● Interfere with the Site's security or functionality

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Appointments may be booked via Boulevard.
Cancellations
Cancellations must follow the policy displayed at the time of booking (typically 24 hours but subject to current spa policy). Late cancellations may incur a fee.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a no-show fee or forfeited deposit.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals later than the scheduled service time may reduce service length or require rescheduling.
3. Payments
Payments for services and retail products may be processed using Boulevard Duo, a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor.
You agree to:
● Provide accurate payment information
● Pay for all services rendered
● Cover fees related to late cancellations or no-shows
● Allow Lacerta Spa to maintain a payment method on file when required for booking
Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value unless required by law.
4. Client Intake and Service Eligibility
Some services require:
● Intake forms
● Health or skin assessments
● Consent forms
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if:
● The service may be unsafe or contraindicated
● A client violates spa policies
● Inappropriate behavior occurs
Lacerta Spa is not a medical facility and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
5. Retail Product Purchases
Retail purchases made online or in-store are subject to availability.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, branding, layout, graphics, and logos—is owned by Lacerta Spa or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute site content without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Site may link to or integrate with:
● Boulevard (booking & client management)
● Boulevard Duo (payment processing)
● Google Analytics (traffic analytics)
● Email and SMS communication tools
